Excellent experience with Quality Distribution. Their team was responsive, friendly, and very accommodating in helping me arrange a small one-time shipment. Everything was handled smoothly, and I would gladly work with them again.

Quick 35 minutes unload. Even though I checked in 1.5 hours earlier than my appointment time. Staff is nice. Clean restroom. No overnight parking though.

Today was my second time here. And I hope to come back more. Very friendly in the office when checking in, assigned me a door right away. Started loading 10 minutes later. Both times I have been here, from pulling into the driveway to getting back on the road was 30-40 min. I’ll take that everyday. Keep up the good work!

Good service, even before the appointment for loading, good service

I parked on the street overnight in the red zone. They open before 8 AM. The shipping and receiving office is on the Southwest side They open the gates after 7 AM. If you want to be first in line, then watch for the gates to open, then check in immediately. It took about an hour to get unloaded. There’s not all the room in the world. So, you might use the street to get into the dock straight.

We had multiple deliveries here, the place is quick and very nice! Guys at the facility are super nice and welcoming! We also were sent here to have a load reworked. Alexandria Shankweiler was super nice, she had everything setup within just couple minutes, and we had load reworked within 40 minutes. Never had such a experience at any other place, especially when its about reworking(restacking) the freight. Price is also very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Speaking of quality, i was early had to wait for my appointment time,they took one hour just to cut seal but was out of the facility in less then two hours from appointment time thank you 😊

On my personal experience. I only have positive things to say. This place is awesome, the staff is amazing, this is one of the most organized warehouses I have ever visited. They’re truly outstanding.

I’ve delivered to 4 out of the five locations, every delivery was outstanding, extremely accommodating and friendly, nothing but smiles and greetings. All staff is amazing, Melissa, Brent, Jonathan. Quality does transloads as well as sort, recounting and segregating damaged product. Quick turn around and great to work with!! Follow directions and light hearted to talk to and work with. If i could give them more stars I most definitely would!! 100% recommend calling & working with them.
