The Onboarding Process:

  • Customer Agreement: Once you're satisfied with the proposed solution, we formalize our partnership through a customer agreement that outlines our roles, responsibilities, and commitments to you.
  • Onboarding: Once the agreement is signed, we initiate the onboarding process. This includes setting up access to our logistics platform, training your team, and integrating our systems with yours.
