## Meet Our Quality Leadership Team!

At Quality Distribution LLC, we firmly believe that a company is only as strong as its leadership. Our leadership team consists of industry professionals with extensive experience in warehousing and transportation.

## The Quality Way

Our team prides itself on embodying “The Quality Way.” This philosophy, inspired by our founder’s vision, influences our daily actions and defines how we work together.

#### “The Quality Way” means:

-

Team members help each other avoid mistakes and discover better ways to fulfill customer needs.

-

We maintain clean, organized warehouses and work areas.

-

We treat customer products with the utmost care, as if they were our own.

-

We continually seek ways to provide better value to our customers.

-

We go above and beyond, especially during customer emergencies, without complaint.

### Working as a Team

“The Quality Way” does not mean that our team members are perfect; rather
that we are striving toward perfection. Working as a team we recognize and
overcome weaknesses. Our team effort is greater than our individual efforts.
